Go to your Swft Dashboard and Click on the Help icon (💬) from the sidebar.
2. Select “Contact Support”.
3. Start a conversation by including your organization name, account email, and the page or feature where the issue occurred.
4. Click Submit.
Once your request is sent, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Our team will respond within 48 hours (Sunday to Thursday).
