Overview
This tutorial guides you through inviting a new team member to your organization’s Swft account. You’ll learn how to access the Teams section, send an invitation, and assign the right access level to each user.
Step 1: Access the Swft Dashboard
Go to http://web.swftmoney.com/ and log in with your admin credentials.
Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to your organization’s dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the Teams Page
From the left-hand menu, click on Management.
Then select Teams to view your organization’s list of users.
Step 3: Invite a New Team Member
Click the Invite button at the top of the Teams page.
A form will appear where you can enter the new member’s details.
Step 4: Fill in the Team Member’s Information
Enter the following information carefully:
Full Name (must match their National ID exactly)
National ID Number
Phone Number
Email Address (if applicable)
Choose the appropriate Access Level for the new member:
Admin: Full access to all company data, payments, and settings.
User: Limited access for day-to-day operations, depending on assigned permissions.
Double-check the name and ID to avoid verification issues later.
Step 5: Send the Invitation
Once all details are filled and verified, click Invite.
The team member will receive an SMS or email with setup instructions to create their Swft account.
