Customized View & Filters

Updated over a month ago

Overview

This tutorial walks you through how to use the Customized View and Filters features in the Swft dashboard. These tools help you tailor how information is displayed, making it easier to focus on the most relevant data and efficiently track activity.

Section 1: Transactions

1.1. Customized View

The Customized View feature allows you to choose which information appears in your main transactions table.

  • You can toggle columns on or off based on what’s most relevant to you or your role — with a maximum of 5 columns visible at a time to keep your dashboard clean and easy to read.

  • For example, you can choose to display:

    • Counterparty name

    • Payment date

    • Amount

    • Related Safe

    • Type

  • This helps you focus on the key details you need for faster review and cleaner reporting

1.2. Filters

The Filters feature helps you quickly narrow down transactions based on specific criteria.

  • For example, you can filter payouts by:

    • Counterparty: View transactions made to a specific vendor, client, or recipient.

    • Amount: To view transactions above or below a certain value.

    • Date: To see payouts within a specific time range.

    • Safe Source: To view transactions coming from a particular Safe.

  • Combining filters allows you to quickly track payments, or trends in outgoing cash flow.

Section 2: Safes

2.1. Customized View

The Customized View feature in the Safes section lets you control which details appear in your main Safe table. This helps you focus on the data that matters most to your role or task.

  • You can toggle columns on or off — such as Safe Name, Balance, Max Balance, Owner, Checker, Daily Limit, or Monthly Limit — to tailor your view.

  • Up to five columns can be selected at once to keep your dashboard clean and easy to scan.

  • Once you’ve chosen your preferred columns, click Apply View to update your table instantly.

This flexibility allows admins to quickly compare balances, check assigned members, or review limit settings across all Safes without navigating between pages.

2.2. Filters

The Filters feature in the Safes section helps you quickly find specific Safes or analyze data based on certain conditions — without scrolling through long lists.

You can filter Safes using several options. For example:

  • Safe Name: Locate a specific Safe by its name.

  • Creation Date: View Safes created within a certain time frame.

  • Safe Balance: Filter by total balance range (e.g., between EGP 10,000 and EGP 100,000).

  • Available Balance: See only Safes with funds available within your chosen range.

  • Safe Owner: Display Safes managed by a particular team member.

  • Safe Checker: Focus on Safes monitored or approved by a specific checker.

Once you’ve set your filters, click Apply to instantly update your view. You can also select Reset to clear all filters and return to the full list.

This makes it easy for admins to track Safes by balance thresholds, ownership, or approval responsibility — keeping oversight fast and precise.
